Placement

The institute has separate cell to look into the training, placement and scholarship activities of the students. This cell organizes training for Soft Skill and Communication Skill for the students to improve their skill. It also arranges Internships, Seminars and Workshops interacting with industries for the students to learn better.

Placement cell has been conducting campus interview at CPC DTE&T level as well as by off-campus and in-campus at institute level. It provides employment to the students in various reputed organizations such as Larsen & Turbro, Aditya Birla (Hindalco, Utkal Alumina, Grasime), TPWODL, TPSODL, Tata Power(TPCODL), JSPL, Tata Electronics, Yazaki, Boudh Distilary, DCM Sriram, Emami Paper, Apmosys Technologies, Laxmi-Agni, Bharat Bio Tech, Motherson Automotive, Titagharh Wagon, Subros Limited, Wipro Infrastructure, Yashaswi Academi, Wistron Infocom, CEAT Tyres, Anand Automative, Krishna Maruti, Maruti Suziki, Jubilant FoodWorks, Arcellor Mittal, Nippon Steel India, Adani Solar, SMS India, Yokohama Off-Highway, Tata Steel, JSW Asian Color Coated Ispat etc.

Scholarship section provides PMS (Post Metric Scholarships) to SC, ST, SEBC/OBC, EBC students and BOC(Building And Other Construction), Kalia (Agriculture) scholarships through State Portal. MCP (Merit Cum Poverty), Welfare (Orphan/ Death of financial guardian In the study period of student) scholarships are provided at state level. Scholarships Like Pragati (only girls), Minority, PH are provided in National Scholarship Portal and scholarships from other private Educational Charitable Trust like (NSF & Vikash) are also provided.
